The Eastern Training Alliance is a not-for-profit organisation that has been operating for over 30 years. From the 1st April 2023 the organization became a limited company and will now be known as The Eastern Training Alliance Ltd. We are predominantly based in North Essex, South Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. The group provides training for agriculture, arboriculture & related land-based-industries offering a wide range of quality courses.
Our aim is to provide high quality, relevant training at convenient local venues for rural businesses, our courses are open to both members & non-member’s of the group.
Regenerative Farming - Food Farming & Climate Change - With Neil Fuller
Thursday 14th November - Nr Haverhill
This ½ day course with Neil Fuller will look at regenerative farming, soil health , the impact on soil through carbon & nitrates and how climate change is seeing a change in the soil & how you can make changes going forward. There is also a practical session looking at the soil under a microscope to see this impact of these factors.
We have been using Eastern Training Alliance since it started. It has always provided us with a cost-effective, comprehensive schedule of training for all of our staff across the arable, livestock, maintenance, business park, AD and office departments. They keep abreast of industry requirements which, as we know have kept changing, and through our annual meeting, we have been able to discuss the timings of our programme so that it can fit in with our business needs.
We at J S Wright and Sons Limited have been members of Eastern Training Alliance for as long as I can remember. The communication is always efficient and the courses offered are first class with excellent trainers. You can stipulate if you want a certain trainer for a certain course if you find one that understands the way you work better than others, If a course is not offered you are given a guiding hand as to where you might find something suitable. We do not go anywhere else for any of our training unless Eastern training Alliance don’t offer it
